Two Oklahoma City properties with similar lot sizes can have very different lawns. Beds, buildings, woods, slopes, fences, and gates change the area that actually gets treated. Harder yards cost more. Easier multi-acre yards can be less per acre.
Right now we offer weed control and fertilization only — not aeration, overseeding, mowing, trees, mosquito, or grub programs. A full treatment plan is 6 visits a year: 3 visits for weed control and pre-emergent, and 3 visits for fertilizing plus spot weed treatment. The ranges above are per visit, not the whole year.
Ask which areas are included, how many visits are expected, and what happens after a visit. Stay off the grass until it is dry. After fertilizing, water within 24–48 hours if you can, and do not mow until the fertilizer has been watered in. Avoid comparing only a headline number when the visit count differs.
